Slipping
- Programmed slippings conducted to both HMA Ships Leeuwin and Melville in 2002, 2005 and 2007 plus 2 emergency slippings.
- Total logistics management and services support.
- 30 month maintenance program meeting Classification Society requirements.
- Surveys, hull management, anti-fouling and cathodic protection.
- Underwater fittings, shafts, bearings, rudders and propellers.
Modifications
- Replaced 1 Tonne SWL Rescue Boat Crane with 4.5 Tonne SWL to SOLAS.
- Increased accommodation from 46 to 68 personnel.
- Installed and integrated Moving Vessel Profiler (MVP 200).
- Installed and integrated Platform Motion Sensor (POS MV).
- Upgraded air conditioning capacity.
- Upgraded Survey Watch Keepers Station.
- Reconfigured Data Processing Room.
- Installed remote monitoring stations for Integrated Control System.

Maintenance
- Conduct of programmed and corrective maintenance primarily during 2 week maintenance periods utilising AMPS as programming tool.
- Completed 55 planned maintenance periods since launch to end 2007, which has included in excess of 21,000 individual jobs.
- Undertaken in excess of 1,000 revisions to Planned Maintenance Schedules.
- Major machinery overhauls.
